Hello! My name is Olivia, and I have a passion for health and fitness. I lead a vegetarian lifestyle, and weight training is my favourite way to exercise. This blog is all about sharing my best workouts and most liked recipes, in order to offer inspiration for others.

Achievements & Goals
Working out 4-5x a week, eating healthy and staying positive, I have been able to gain 17lbs so far (which includes lots of muscle) while staying lean and feeling confident! I have also just completed cegep in Health Sciences, and have accepted my offer into Dietetics in university.
I will keep on lifting as often as I have been, with a focus on putting muscle on my legs. I also want to eventually turn vegan, and become a registered dietitian!
