These are some of my favourite ab exercises! I often do 2-3 of these on my upper body days between sets, making it go by much faster and not wasting any time. If not, I'll do them one after another (with breaks in between, of course) after a bit of cardio. This is the workout - I hope you enjoy!
1. 3 sets x 10 reps weighted crunches 2. 3 sets x 20-30 reps weighted oblique twists - use a lighter weight than the one used for crunches, and make sure you go low! 3. 3 sets x 10 reps hanging leg raises - try to keep your legs straight (I have to work on this) and use your abs to bring your legs up, not momentum! 4. 3 sets x 10 reps ball crunches
